Cutting is my 1st choice. Burning is my second 4. First time? Pocket knife when i was around 14 years old. 5. Music? I used too but idk if i would now. I havent SH in years but everyday i feel closer n closer to SH. 6. I used to be ana. I am not anymore but thats still a battle everyday, some days r harder than others. 7. Everyone in my life (and ppl no longer in my life) know i used too. Noone knows im about to start doing so again. 8. I have no clue . Only friend i have lives in another state than me and we haven't actually ever met in person. I am also supposed to be an adult with responsibilities and be a good example etc etc but i think i can hide myself doing it so noone will know this time. I can hide it much much better now a days. But back to question at hand if my bff was doing it? Id ask her if she wants to tlk bout it. Thats all i can do or say for sure. But if it was other ppl in my life i have no clue what or how to react i hate being a hypocrite but at same there r ppl in my life i could never be ok with them doing it. 1 broken [break the silence] First post. When you want and need to SH but you cant because there isnt a place where you can be alone, uninterrupted. I feel like at this point i could go further than SH because i have no way to let all my feelings out. I havent SH in many years but every day it feels like blades and knives are calling out to me louder and louder. I want to answer that call so bad but it feels like i never can and the worse the desire to do so gets , the deeper i feel like i am going to go when i can finally answer. I used to SH with cuts and burns, along with being Ana and drugs/alcohol to deal with all the thoughts and stuff in my life. I had stopped doing all of that, but it seems my life is going downhill again and i have noone to tlk to and all i wanna do is go back to my old ways and its so hard to keep in line. i feel the safest thing out of all my coping mechanism is SH but that doesn't seem possible any more. Why do you SI?: it started as a release hat I lied to myself about saying was only for the aesthetic appeal (I was sewing my skin) and it escalated to what is now my coping mechanism to deal with stress and depression. 05. When was your first time? What did you use?: 3 years ago, pins/needles and thread 06. Where do you most often SI?: Left shin, right thigh, left arm+wrist, entire right side from knee to breast 07. I had a lot of trauma when I was younger and it kinda stuck with me, it’s also due to bullying and other problems,I also just like the blood 5.When was your first time? What did you use? I don’t really remember the first time but I can trace it back to when I was 10 I’m not sure if I did before that 6.Where do you SI? Upper arms,thighs, I used to do my arms but my work uniform is short sleeved. 7.What place do you SI in? My room, the bathroom ,sometimes school 8.What do you use? I take the razors out of the shaving razors and use those but it never gets deep enough. 9.Do you hide it? Yes I do hide it but it’s hard to hide the scars on places I used to self harm 10.Do you listen to music while you SI? Yes I do it comforts me and I usually do it before I fall asleep and I fall asleep to music 11.Anyone know? My best friend does and my Foster sister thinks that I used to but stoped we used to do it together and now she just criticized me for my scars and bullies me making me feel like I can’t show her anymore she did it for attention though 12.Eating disorders? Self diagnosed anarexia but it got way better but I’m slipping back into it again 13.Mental disorders?
